We custom roll metal strip and foil in nearly any alloy to the tightest tolerances and thinnest gauges in the industry – down to 1.5 microns (.000060”) in thickness. That’s about 1.5% the thickness of a human hair!
Our metal strip products start at heavy gauge materials from 1.5 mm (.060”) and are expertly rolled down to light gauge strip at 0.127 mm (0.005”) in thickness.
Our metal foil is precision rolled from 0.004” (0.1016 mm) down to 1.5 microns (.000060”) in thickness.
